We're IPBY K-Pop one of the leading suppliers of officially licensed K-Pop Merch from the biggest bands in the space such as BTS, Enhypen, Le Sserafim, Seventeen, ATEEZ & many more. We are looking for a Social Media Content & Influencer Manager who understands how to create content that performs — not just looks good. This role is focused on producing trend-driven content for TikTok, Instagram, and paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), while also managing influencer outreach, relationships, and content sourcing. You should be deeply tapped into social media trends, know how to turn ideas into high-performing ad creatives, and be comfortable owning the full influencer process — from outreach and gifting to securing usable content for ads. If you know how to create content that converts and can consistently source new creative through influencers, this role is for you. Duties Create and produce short-form content (TikTok, Reels, UGC-style ads) optimized for paid performance Stay on top of social trends, sounds, formats , and rapidly turn them into brand content Develop and test ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads Manage influencer outreach (DMs, email, sourcing creators) Handle gifting campaigns and product seeding Build and maintain ongoing influencer relationships Secure usable content from influencers for ads and organic use Brief creators on content direction that aligns with ad performance Continuously test and iterate creatives based on performance metrics (KPIs) Graphic design skills are a plus.
