Job Description
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. This role oversees content planning, campaign execution, social platform management, analytics reporting, and online community engagement across multiple digital channels. The Social Media Manager collaborates with marketing, design, content, and sales teams to deliver creative and data-driven campaigns in a fully remote environment. This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives Manage company social media accounts across multiple platforms Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on branding initiatives and campaigns Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets Conduct competitor analysis and monitor social media trends Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for leadership Ensure brand consistency across all social media and digital communication channels Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related field 3–6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and platform algorithms Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills Experience managing social media campaigns and content calendars Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with platforms such as Instagram , TikTok , LinkedIn , Facebook , and X (formerly Twitter) Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social Experience with design and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud Paid social advertising experience preferred Experience in SaaS, consumer brands, e-commerce, or agency environments Compensation Additional compensation may include bonuses, incentives, or profit-sharing opportunities Benefits Eligible employees may receive the following benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Paid time off (PTO) including vacation, holidays, and sick leave Life insurance and disability coverage Flexible remote work environment Professional development and digital marketing training opportunities Employee wellness and assistance programs Potential performance-based bonuses and incentives Work Authorization Requirement Applicants must meet the following requirements: Must currently reside in the United States Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Applications from individuals residing outside the U.S. will not be considered
