Create compelling content including posts, stories, videos, and graphics tailored for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback. Support in managing social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule and analyze posts. Collaborate with the marketing team to design eye-catching visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility. Help analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign success. Skills Basic knowledge of social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Understanding of SEO principles and social listening techniques. Experience with content creation including photography and video editing is a plus. Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality, error-free content. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts including branding, public relations, and e-commerce strategies. Excellent relationship management skills to engage with followers and influencers effectively.
