Job Description
Company Description Achilles Heel Productions is a creative hub that specializes in a wide array of artistic services, including ghostwriting lyrics, prose, and poetry, as well as photography, cinematography, musical scoring, and demo recording. Our passion lies in bringing visionto life, delivering high-quality contand ent across multiple mediums. We are driven by creativity and innovation, consistently pushing boundaries to produce exceptional work. Join our dynamic team and contribute to impactful projects that inspire and resonate with audiences. Role Description This is a temporary internship, it is remote but it does also provide access for the Marketing Manager (MMM) to get on the job training or assist in certain projects (which may be unpaid) should he or she wish to do so, these projects are related to video and print production, acting and modeling, not marketing, hence the singular qualification for this position being a passion for the arts. Hours are flexible and temp can work as much or as little as they wish. The MMM will oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, specifically helping with "The People's Artist" competition which Frederick is a competitor in. It's pretty simple, get votes, that is it. You can bring your own idea to the table or run with what we have found to be working. Frederick is currently sitting safely in the top 20 of his group, which will then cut again the week of May 14th down to top 15, and then reduce by 5 until each of the starting groups have a single competitor, at which point they will all be competing against each other. Of significant note, this is an opportunity to join in profit sharing. Meaning, Frederick doesn't intend to keep all of the 25k prize money. If there are multiple marketers hired, we have a way to track who is bringing in votes and to what degree. So the pool of prize money allocated for the marketers will be divided out accordingly, proportionally, to votes brought in (once again assuming there are multiple marketers hired). If there is only one marketer hired they can expect to make 12.5k working a few hours a day, starting immediately, and ending in the first week of July I suppose, I don't have the exact date in front of me, that the contest wraps. So, you need to be comfortable taking on a little bit of risk with your time. Reading Frederick's work, man over b o a r d, and finding it to be a strong entry worthy of winning the competition may help to quell such fears. During the early phases it may be possible to get votes based on politely asking friends and acquittances and new and old connections on social media, but at a certain point when thousands have been dwindled to a handful I would expect to see people interested in the competition really taking a look at what has been presented. Although technically it does all come down to votes, so the best marketing apparatus is just as important as the art in this competition. Qualifications Passion for creative industries or previous experience in arts or entertainment sectors
