Social Media Marketing Manager

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The individual will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies to establish and enhance brand presence. Responsibilities include managing content strategy, optimizing social media platforms, crafting engaging posts, monitoring audience engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to improve campaigns over time. Qualifications Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Proficiency in developing and executing Content Strategies Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with Digital Marketing practices and tools Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance Familiarity with scheduling tools and platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer Background in real estate marketing is a plus Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
