Campenguin is a growing social media agency focused on creating high-quality content for brands across a variety of industries. We specialize in short-form video, visual storytelling, and social-first content that helps brands connect with people online. We’re looking for a creative, upbeat Videographer/Editor with real experience shooting and editing content for social media. This role includes filming on professional cameras (REQUIRED) and iPhone, directing talent on shoots, editing short-form vertical content, and creating high-quality visuals that perform well on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Requirements Professional camera experience required Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Experience creating short-form vertical video Understanding of lighting, audio, framing, and stabilization Comfortable directing people on camera and coaching energy/positioning Experience with Lightroom and Photoshop Positive attitude, strong communication, and ability to work efficiently Bonus Points Experience managing or creating content for brand social pages Motion graphics, captions, sound design, and social media performance knowledge Examples of high-performing content you’ve created Unlimited PTO included.
