Location : 650 Dudley Street, Dorchester, MA Hours : 40 hrs/week, Exempt Pay Rate : up to $65,000 per year The Social Ministries Manager is responsible for the development and administration of all social ministries programs, which provide a continuum of care for adults, children and families within the community. Will oversee and direct social service programs/ministries, including but not limited to: new program development, case management, staff/volunteer and program supervision, collaboration with other community social service providers, and the monitoring of program outcomes, procedures and budget. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in social work required Master’s degree in social work (MSW), preferred Work Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in social work or the social services field Direct Care in a Human Service setting as well as supervisory/management experience Knowledge of Social Service field/Community Resources Qualifications
