Job Description
JOB Description: This position will be responsible for the supervision of Care Management for At Risk Children (CMARC), Care Management for High-Risk Pregnancies (CMHRP), and Baby Love Plus program as required by contract and State mandated agreement addenda. This will include work plans, program audits, data management, trainings, evaluations and time sheets. This position will also directly supervise the Opioid Settlement Coordinator. Responsible for working with local partners and the community to maximize resources needed for our clients. Requirements: Master’s degree in social work from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of directly related experience • OR a bachelor’s degree in social work from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of directly related experience • OR a master’s degree in a human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of directly related experience • OR a bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of directly related experience • OR a bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer someone with BSW in Social Work from an accredited school with experience working with CMARC, CMHRP and Baby Love Plus Programs. Note: All health department employees (except for individuals with an accommodation or medical exemption) are required to get an annual flu shot vaccine as part of condition of employment.
