Job Description
JOB To provide mental health support and case management services to pupils, staff and parents involved with the School Social Work Department. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES School based individual and group counseling. -IEP Team member for students with disabilities-Consultation to teaching staff, building, administration, parents and colleagues as needed.-Serves as a referral agent to obtain necessary aid from specialized public or private organizations.-Provides pupil data and written reports as required.-Attends school and district staff meetings as scheduled.-Works to create a school climate of caring and mutual respect for all individuals.-Performs other program-related duties as assigned.
