Broadview Center is seeking an experienced Social Services professional to join a high-volume rehabilitation setting. This opportunity may be offered as an interim role with the potential to transition into a permanent position. The ideal candidate will bring strong SNF experience, including managing the social services discharge process within a fast-paced rehab unit, along with the appropriate qualifications required for the role. Qualifications: High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in social work or a Human Services field desirable. Two years of social work supervised experience working directly with geriatric clients in a health care setting desirable.
