Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Tractor-Trailer Delivery Driver and Farm Equipment Operator to join our sod farm team.This position involves operating farm equipment, harvesting sod, and delivering orders to customers in a safe and timely manner.Responsibilities: Operate sod farm equipment (tractors, harvesters, forklifts, skid steers, etc.) Load, transport, and unload sod for deliveries Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow safety procedures and farm operation guidelines Assist with general farm duties as needed Provide professional, courteous service to customers during deliveries Requirements: Valid driver's license (CDL a plus, but not required if applicable) - Ability to drive and back-up truck (manual transmission) with 45' trailer w/piggyback forklift Experience operating farm or heavy equipment preferred Ability to lift 50lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic mechanical knowledge a plus We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round work (seasonal if applicable) Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth and skill development Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
