In this energetic role, you will lead, motivate, and develop softball players through engaging practices and competitive games.Your passion for sports, teaching, and youth development will foster a positive environment where teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship thrive.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact while honing your coaching skills in a vibrant community setting.Duties Plan and execute engaging softball practices that improve skills, teamwork, and game strategies Lead teams during games, providing clear instructions and motivating players to perform their best Foster a safe, inclusive environment by enforcing rules, promoting good sportsmanship, and managing behavior effectively Develop individualized coaching plans tailored to players' skill levels and developmental needs Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize tournaments, events, and team activities Monitor player progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement Maintain equipment, uniforms, and safety protocols to ensure a well-organized playing environment Experience Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is highly desirable Knowledge of child development principles and childcare practices to support young athletes effectively Familiarity with behavior management techniques to encourage positive conduct on and off the field Experience working with students or children in recreational or educational settings is preferred Certifications in sports coaching, health club operations, or fitness instruction are advantageous Join us in shaping confident athletes while fostering a love for sports that lasts a lifetime!
