This position is Contingent Upon Contract Award Torch Technologies isseekinga skilled and security-conscious Software Developer to support our customers at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).Working alongside cybersecurity engineers, network engineers, network/server administrators, and a dedicated engineer, you will contribute to a culture of security and automation throughout the software development lifecycle. This roleis responsible forwriting clean, secure, and well-documented code, as well asparticipatingin security reviews, threat modeling, and vulnerability remediation efforts. As a Software Developer your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: Architecture, Design & Innovation: Collaborate with cybersecurity engineers and other developers to design and implement secure softwarearchitectures. Participate in threat modeling and security risk assessments. Contribute to the development of secure coding standards and best practices. Research and evaluatenew technologiesand frameworks to improve the security and efficiency of the development process.
