Responsibilities and Impact: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality code standards Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the technical roadmap for innovative projects Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance in production environments Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in software development lifecycle What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience 8+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in Java programming language Advanced knowledge of enterprise Java frameworks and in-memory data stores Strong experience with database technologies including SQL (such as PostgreSQL or Oracle) Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Proficiency with version control systems and collaborative development tools like Git, GitHub, or GitLab Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization technologies Knowledge of container orchestration platforms Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog This role require to come to the office 2 times a week. Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,456 to $203,380. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
