What You Will Do Design, build, and deploy full-stack features using React, Next.js, and Python for an AI-driven hiring platform. Architect and manage both SQL and NoSQL database schemas to ensure scalability and data integrity. Deploy and maintain large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning models in production, building evaluation pipelines for quality assurance. Create and manage ETL pipelines and data orchestration workflows using Airflow or similar tools to support AI features and reporting needs. Lead systems integrations across various platforms, including recruitment tools, payment systems, and data warehouses. Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to define technical direction and rapidly execute high-impact initiatives. Take ownership of features from architecture through to production deployment and continuous iteration.
