About The Role We're hiring full‑stack engineers who want to build AI‑native products at an early, high‑growth startup. You'll work directly with founders, legal experts, and customers to build production‑grade applications that already outperform human professionals in real evaluations. What You'll Do Ship full‑stack product features end‑to‑end using TypeScript, Python, React, Next.js Build intuitive UI/UX for AI‑native workflows (LLMs, agentic systems, long‑running tasks) Rapidly prototype and iterate on zero‑to‑one features with founders Own your work from prioritization implementation deployment iteration Contribute across product engineering and infrastructure as the team scales Maintain high reliability and quality in a fast‑moving environment What We're Looking For Must‑Haves 1–5 years of full‑stack or product engineering experience Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python Has shipped production‑quality features at a reputable, high‑growth tech company (Series A+) A 4‑year CS degree (or equivalent technical degree) Can point to something they've built and are proud of (GitHub, portfolio, personal project) High agency, high reliability, and a genuine passion for building Willing to work on‑site in NYC, 5 days/week Nice‑to‑Haves Experience at companies like Figma, Notion, Clay, Watershed, or other high‑growth product orgs Exposure to large tech companies through internships (Google, Meta, etc.) Experience with LLM APIs, agentic workflows, or AI‑native product patterns Experience at Series A–C startups with real product velocity Candidates from competitors in the legal‑AI space (e.g., Harvey, Lagora) Work Environment On‑site in Manhattan, 5 days/week Typical engineering hours: 10am–10pm, with built‑in breaks (team gym sessions, etc.) No weekend in‑office requirement, but Sunday online availability is expected High‑velocity culture: engineers choose weekly priorities and own them fully You will touch everything — frontend, backend, infra, product Compensation & Benefits $170K–$350K base salary 0.5%–1% equity Full relocation support Visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates Opportunity to join at a pivotal moment of growth (team doubling, revenue scaling rapidly) Who Thrives Here You will love this role if you are: A builder who gets energy from shipping Someone who prefers autonomy over structure Excited by AI‑native product development Comfortable with intensity, speed, and ownership Motivated by working directly with founders and customers Looking for a role where your work has immediate impact
