About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer to join our NeuralPLexer team. This role is pivotal in developing and refining engineering systems that enable machine learning research to transform into scalable, reliable workflows for drug discovery. The successful candidate will work closely with ML scientists to co-develop, implement, and optimize workflows for training, evaluating, and deploying models on diverse datasets including structural, affinity, and synthetic data. The position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and the translation of research code into robust, reusable systems, without direct responsibility for core model development. This is a remote opportunity based on the US East Coast, ideal for professionals passionate about applying their software engineering expertise in a research-driven environment to impact healthcare solutions.
