About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our innovative AI Engineering team. This role focuses on developing next-generation AI applications with an emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic systems. The successful candidate will be instrumental in architecting and implementing robust, scalable, and safe AI frameworks that facilitate tool use, context retrieval, memory management, and strategic planning within AI systems. You will be responsible for building intelligent, modular agents that automate investigative workflows and enhance analyst decision-making processes. Additionally, you will extend and optimize our LLM infrastructure, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation loops, ensuring high performance and reliability. Your work will directly impact TRM’s ability to innovate rapidly, deploy safe AI solutions, and maintain operational excellence in high-stakes environments.
