About the Role: As a member of the Workflows Team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our Workflow Development Kit (WDK) and Vercel Workflow platform, with a focus on AI enablement. You will collaborate closely with a team of talented engineers to create durable, observable, and fault-tolerant tools that empower developers to build AI agents, long-running processes, and intelligent workflows. This includes integrating AI capabilities for patterns like sequential processing, parallel execution, and evaluator-optimizer loops, ensuring seamless durability for AI-native applications. What You Will Do: Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Workflow Development Kit and Vercel Workflow platform, with emphasis on AI integrations for reliable agentic workflows, durability, and observability. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the reliability and stability of workflows, including handling pauses, resumptions, and state management for AI agents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and infrastructure experts, to address challenges and deliver exceptional results in AI-enabled development workflows. Engage with the open-source community, participate in discussions, and contribute to related project
