As a Software Engineering Manager within PNC's C&IB organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Lead and develop a team of 8-10 engineers supporting Treasury platforms (VAM, PFW, IFD) and providing oversight for a crew that works on Retail applications, including COR (Hogan core banking). Coordinate cross-platform delivery and dependencies across Linux, WebLogic, Oracle Database, SQL Server, SharePoint, and mainframe environments, including occasional planned weekend implementations. Own delivery and platform accountability for Oracle Virtual Account Management and Oracle Liquidity Management, serving as the primary lead for vendor-driven defect remediation, vulnerability remediation, product patching, and business enhancements. Enforce a disciplined change and turnover process, including requirements validation, implementation and rollback planning, testing, approvals, and post-implementation verification. Lead security vulnerability remediation efforts across managed platforms, ensuring timely execution, validation, and audit-ready documentation.
