Job SummaryWe are seeking energetic and motivated Bilingual Solar Appointment Setters to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help educate prospects about the benefits of solar power, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills while contributing to the growth of renewable energy initiatives.Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred to connect with a diverse customer base and maximize outreach efforts.Duties Engage with prospective customers through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing to generate interest in solar energy solutions Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, energy consumption, and financial considerations Present clear information about solar products and services, emphasizing benefits and addressing questions or concerns Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff Use CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage follow-up activities Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies for business development Maintain a positive attitude during calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism at all times Skills Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate value propositions and handle objections Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes enhances your ability to explain solar solutions confidently Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish to connect with diverse clients Customer service experience that emphasizes active listening and problem-solving abilities Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence Business development skills to identify opportunities and foster long-term client relationships Familiarity with marketing strategies related to lead generation and warm calling techniques Join us in empowering communities with clean energy while building your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment!
