We're a high-performance team that believes in doing things the right way: safely, consistently, and with pride. The Role This is a hybrid Technician / Crew Lead position. You'll be in the field doing hands-on cleaning work, driving a company vehicle on assigned days, and working alongside another technician — leading the job, making sure the work gets done right, and serving as the face of the company on site. You'll interact directly with homeowners, answer questions, and represent the brand professionally. We're looking for someone who can do quality work, hold a real conversation with a customer, AND keep their crew on track. Our Core Values Lead with Integrity Finish Strong Own It Team First Grow or Die Have Fun Doing It What You'll Be Doing Clean residential and commercial solar arrays using water-fed poles, filtration systems, and approved methods Ensure every panel is cleaned thoroughly with no streaks, damage, or residue Lead a 2-person crew on the job site — keep production moving and make sure your tech is doing things the right way Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites on assigned days Interact with homeowners on site — explain the process, answer questions, represent the brand professionally Operate and maintain equipment: water-fed poles, hoses, filtration, safety gear Help load, unload, and secure equipment on vehicles and trailers Follow all safety protocols — ladder safety, fall protection, electrical awareness Identify opportunities for maintenance plans or additional services Support and help train newer crew members as needed Who You Are Reliable, punctual, take pride in quality work Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in Florida weather Strong communicator — confident talking with homeowners AND holding crew members accountable Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, stay active all day Detail-oriented — no shortcuts, no half-done jobs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Field experience in solar cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, roofing, or landscaping is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person This Role Is For You If You like working outdoors and staying active You're comfortable being customer-facing You can lead a small crew and keep them on task You want part-time work with real earning potential and growth You take pride in doing things right This Role Is NOT For You If You're uncomfortable with physical labor or rooftops You don't enjoy talking to customers You struggle to show up on time You're not comfortable holding teammates accountable You don't have a clean driving record Compensation $18 – $21 per hour base (based on experience) $22 – $25 per hour with commissions/bonuses included Performance-based pay (P4P) piece rate model — the harder the crew works, the more you earn Crew Lead bonus opportunities Upsell commission opportunities Part-time: 2-3 days per week Tampa Bay area To Apply Send your resume.
