Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solar Panel Cleaning Technician to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the optimal performance of solar energy systems by thoroughly cleaning and inspecting solar panels installed on various residential & commercial rooftops.This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors, develop technical/sales skills, and work at your own pace.Responsibilities:Clean & inspect solar panels on residential and commercial properties Report any visible panel damage or issues to client & manager Keep equipment and truck organized and clean Follow safety procedures while working on roofs and ladders Requirements:Some experience in home service industry preferred but not required Training and equipment will be provided Comfortable on ladders and high roofs is ESSENTIAL MUST have a pickup truck to drive to job sites Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather Skills:Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or related field preferred Basic knowledge of exterior cleaning techniques and custodial practices Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Pay:$20.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Work Location:In person.
