Our client in the North metro area is hiring a talented, Post Solder Operator! you will be responsible for adding components, wires, epoxy, hardware, and modifications to circuit boards and assembling circuit boards into final assemblies in accordance with customer requirements.This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow technical documentation, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.Responsibilities:Operate soldering and de-soldering stations Produce and inspect product to IPC-610 standards Check boards for defects; repair and rework as needed Understand and follow rules and guidelines regarding ESD, 5S and safety REQUIREMENTS:Minimum high school education or GED Must have prior through-hole soldering/rework experience Must be able to read prints and bill of materials Knowledge of various electronic components and polarity markings Must have ability to work using a microscope PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Use of hands and tools to properly perform the job Be able to sit most of the day to perform tasks# IND1 Midwest Staffing Group & KeyStaff Professionals are Equal Opportunity Employers.We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $20.00 per hour Schedule:Day shift Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:Soldering:2 years (Required) Work Location:In person.
