As the Senior Solution Advisor for Anatomic Pathology, you will be a critical subject matter expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between the client’s laboratory needs and the capabilities of the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR. You will guide stakeholders through complex workflow transformations, driving the successful design, build, and adoption of the PathNet Anatomic Pathology (AP) solution, and ensuring the new system enhances diagnostic accuracy and operational efficiency. This role is focused on strategic consulting, detailed workflow design, change management, and achieving tangible clinical and operational outcomes. To excel in this position, you must have a strong background in anatomic pathology informatics or Laboratory Information System (LIS) consulting. The Work You will lead the translation of complex system capabilities for stakeholders, facilitate the lifecycle of change requests and incident tickets, and provide strategic recommendations on solution optimization and risk mitigation.
