Sonographer - Fertility Opportunity available for experienced fertility sonographers looking for additional weekday and weekend hours Sundial is a convenient reproductive health and fertility service.We collaborate with leading fertility centers to provide world-class fertility care in an innovative, time-saving way.By providing ultrasound and blood draw services closer to where patients live or work, Sundial strives to make high-quality fertility care vastly more accessible.Sundial is seeking a driven, skilled, and knowledgeable diagnostic medical sonographer with experience in fertility ultrasound to join our team.The ideal candidate is passionate about providing fertility care, is detail-oriented and has an excellent bedside manner with patients.The sonographer will perform ultrasound diagnostic procedures which include pelvic, abdominal, and obstetric sonograms (primarily transvaginal ultrasound) and will be responsible for creating and maintaining records of diagnostic imaging performed.The sonographer must be proficient with all ultrasound equipment and related technology and will also be responsible for daily operations of our mobile care teams, including equipment maintenance, quality assurance, and maintenance of pertinent medical and imaging records.This position offers the unique opportunity to lead a mobile care team; to be an important, patient-facing representative of an innovative, fast-growing healthcare company; and to contribute to reinventing the way that fertility care is delivered to patients.The sonographer will report directly to the Clinical Operations Manager or Director of Clinical Operations.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Travel to Sundial clinical sites to deliver the highest quality of care, always acting professionally and maintaining discretion Deliver an exceptional patient experience, prioritizing the patient's medical care, comfort, safety, and privacy Review pertinent patient history and plan of care prior to procedure, explain all procedures to patients, and perform patient and procedure confirmation Perform OB/GYN ultrasound exams, including transvaginal ultrasound exams for follicular monitoring during IVF, comprehensive pelvic ultrasounds, and obstetric ultrasounds, adhering to the highest standard, including all American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) requirements Maintain the clarity and accuracy of all ultrasound exam data Complete all ultrasound documentation, ensure all reports are complete and successfully saved in medical record Assemble and disassemble all mobile equipment at clinical sites, and ensure spaces are clean, safe, and ready for patient visits Complete routine administrative activities that support clinical operations, including but not limited to weekly and monthly supply inventories Participate in monthly clinical team meetings during scheduled shifts Follow all company policies, including but not limited to Infection Control Policy and HIPAA Policy Maintain all required clinical credentials, including American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with OB/GYN certification QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of two plus (2+) years of fertility sonography experience Knowledge of all aspects of obstetric and gynecologic sonography Clinical credentials, including ARDMS with OB/GYN certification Minimum of high school diploma and successful completion of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel between sites Willingness to travel between outpatient clinics and mobile workplace settings Willingness to work weekend shifts in a shared, rotating weekend schedule with other sonographers Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Flexible, positive attitude Attention to detail and focus on clinical excellence Comfort working independently in outpatient clinic and mobile workplace settings United States work authorization WORKING CONDITIONS This position includes work in outpatient clinic and mobile workplace settings, located in Greater Boston.There will be regular personal car travel to clinical sites, including but not limited to North Andover, MA, and Boston, MA.Some lifting, maneuvering, and assembling of clinical equipment may be necessary to support clinic and mobile operations.As Sundial expands, responsibilities in this role may broaden to support new clinical sites and evolving clinical needs within the sonographer's assigned region.Hours, Schedule & Compensation This is a part-time role that includes scheduled shifts in an outpatient clinic and/or mobile workplace setting.Scheduled shifts may include at least one (1) weekday and participation in a shared, rotating schedule for weekend coverage with other sonographers.The work for this position will be expected to be one (1) to five(5) shifts per week including weekends, or approximately five (5) to 25hours per week.This position includes days off for most Federal holidays and is eligib
