Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Contract Sourcer/ Recruiter to join their Team based in our North Carolina Division, (Asheville, North Carolina) Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region. Must reside in the Asheville, North Carolina area. Responsibilities: The Contract Sourcer/ Recruiter is responsible for sourcing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Sourcer/ Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Sourcing/ Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Sourcer/ Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings.
