Strategic Sourcing Specialist - (Remote)We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join JLL, supporting sourcing strategies and supplier management across facility operations and capital projects for client campus in life sciences, manufacturing, and industrial environments in PuertoRepublic.This person can live in the U.S. but open to travel to PuertoRepublic up to 20% of the time.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with vendors, driving cost efficiencies, and collaborating with both operations and project teams. You will play a key role supporting critical facilities and projects in highly regulated and fast-paced environments.What you'll be doing:Lead sourcing processes end-to-end: supplier identification, RFPs, bid evaluations, and onboarding for PuertoRepublic client campusManage suppliers across facility services (janitorial, security, maintenance, landscaping, etc.)Support procurement for capital projects including fit-outs, renovations, and small construction projects (typically under $300K)Partner with project managers and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesAnalyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to drive better sourcing decisionsEnsure compliance with company policies, contracts, and risk management standardsCollaborate with Legal and Risk teams to review and execute contractsBuild strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders across multiple client sitesWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree required3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chainExperience supporting facility services and/or construction/project procurementExperience in regulated environments (pharma, manufacturing, GMP) is strongly preferredStrong communication skills in English and Spanish (fully bilingual)Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office and procurement systemsNice to have:Experience in IFM (Integrated Facility Management) environmentsKnowledge of vendor performance management and SLAsExposure to capital projects or construction sourcingExperience with sourcing strategies and cost optimization initiativesWhy join JLL?Be part of a global company with strong presence in PuertoRepublicWork with leading clients in life sciences and manufacturingGain exposure to both operations and impactful capital projectsCollaborative environment with opportunities for growthThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
