Camp Kalsman is seeking a passionate Sous Chef for our kitchen operations and support our culinary team in serving nutritious, delicious meals to our camp community. This is a full-time seasonal position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Do: Lead line cook operations and mentor kitchen staff members Execute large batch cooking for 250+ campers and staff daily Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with the head chef/Kitchen manager on food preparation and meal service Foster a positive, supportive kitchen culture What We're Looking For: Proven experience with large-scale batch cooking and meal preparation Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations Leadership skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexibility and enthusiasm for camp life A passion for feeding and supporting others How to Apply: Click the apply button on Poached to submit your application.
