Duties Support the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen functions, including food preparation, presentation, and service delivery Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure smooth shift operations Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes and standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Assist with menu planning and development to keep offerings innovative and aligned with guest preferences Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all kitchen areas Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely execution and high customer satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams effectively Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols and dietary department practices Skilled in inventory management, food handling, and cost control measures Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate team members Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail during busy service hours Experience with menu planning, catering operations, and restaurant management is highly desirable Knowledge of the food industry trends, culinary techniques, and hospitality standards Join us as a Sous Chef where your culinary expertise will elevate our dining experience!
