Job Summary The Sous Chef supports the daily culinary operations of a residential healthcare facility serving approximately 85 residents. This role reports directly to the Director of Food & Nutrition Services and plays a key hands-on role in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals that support resident health, satisfaction, and regulatory requirements. The Sous Chef is actively involved in food production, menu execution, and staff support, ensuring meals are prepared safely, consistently, and in alignment with resident preferences and therapeutic dietary needs. This position is well suited for a culinary professional who values teamwork, structure, and meaningful service in a resident-focused healthcare environment. Key Responsibilitie
