Job Description
Essex Resort seeks a passionate Sous Chef to support daily culinary operations within our Food & Beverage department. You’ll assist in menu execution, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure consistent, high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to culinary excellence. Responsibilities include food preparation, station oversight, ordering, inventory, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus and specials. Ideal candidates are hands-on leaders who thrive in a fast-paced resort environment and are dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences.
