Duties Assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service delivery Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and quality standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all kitchen areas Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely and flawless execution Support menu planning by contributing creative ideas aligned with current culinary trends and guest preferences Lead shift management, including scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and resolving operational issues Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen environment Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining cuisine and food presentation Demonstrated expertise in food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards Experience managing banquet or catering operations is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Knowledge of inventory management systems and food cost control techniques Background in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred but not required Join us to elevate our culinary offerings while inspiring your team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
