SOUS CHEF / LINE COOK (AM / PM)THIRTY EIGHT RESTAURANT & BAR | PIER 38, HONOLULU We’re building one of the most exciting kitchens in Honolulu and we’re looking for people who want to be part of it. WHAT YOU’LL DO Cook and plate dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail Execute prep and service at a high level during AM or PM shifts Work with premium seafood, sauces, fresh ingredients, and refined techniques Help lead and support the kitchen team during service Maintain a clean, organized, professional station Follow and uphold food safety and sanitation standards Assist with inventory, prep lists, ordering, and minimizing waste Contribute ideas and help elevate the kitchen every day WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experience in fast-paced or fine dining kitchens Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential Attention to detail and pride in your craft Reliable, disciplined, and hungry to grow WHY WORK WITH US?
