About the Role We are looking for a reliable and passionate Line Cook to join our Sicilian kitchen. You will prepare and cook traditional dishes from scratch, keep your station running smoothly, and contribute to a team that takes pride in authentic, ingredient-driven food. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. What You'll Do Set up and manage your station before and during service. Prepare and cook Sicilian dishes to recipe and quality standards. Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift. Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times. Support other stations and assist with general prep as needed. Communicate clearly with the Chef and kitchen team during service. Complete end-of-shift breakdown and cleaning duties. Required Experience 1–3 years of line cook experience in a professional kitchen. Solid knife skills and sound knowledge of basic cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently and stay focused under pressure. A team-first attitude and willingness to learn. Valid food handler certification (ServSafe or equivalent).
