You are a critical team member in delivering a service that exceeds expectations, ensuring every guest's journey is seamless, memorable, and enjoyable from start to finish. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Is a steward of the Woodhouse brand and strictly adheres to Woodhouse standards. Serves as primary support for the spa's manager, therapists, and guests to ensure smooth operations. Creates a memorable experience by providing a warm welcome, introducing guests to the locker room and amenities, and managing the "small details" like favorite drinks and special occasions. Manages guest communications, including answering incoming calls, listening to guest needs to schedule appointments, and providing expert service recommendations.
