Tree of Life Day Spa is seeking a warm, organized, and reliable individual to join our team as a Spa Coordinator. This is a key front-of-house role responsible for supporting the client experience and ensuring smooth daily operations within a calm, wellness-focused environment. This is not a passive front desk position. The Spa Coordinator serves as the central point of communication for clients and staff, and plays an active role in maintaining the flow and energy of the spa. Position Details: Part-time or full-time hours may be available Compensation: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and create a welcoming, peaceful environment Answer phones and schedule appointments with attention to detail Coordinate treatment rooms and provider schedules to prevent overbooking Prepare clients for services (intake forms, tea room orientation, etc.) Process payments accurately and manage checkout Communicate clearly with service providers throughout the day Support general spa operations, including helping with laundry, cleaning, and restocking Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Calm, professional demeanor under pressure Reliable and punctual Hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not required What We Offer: A calm, supportive, and team-oriented work environment 40% off spa services and retail products Opportunity to gain experience in the wellness and spa industry If you are someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a positive experience for others, and thrives in an organized, hands-on role, we would love to hear from you.
