Essential Duties Overall spa management Membership sales and customer experience IV administration and injections Cultivating a winning environment as strong, decisive team leader Support growth and cultivation of business in the Spring Hill community Administrative duties (checking customers out, cleaning spa, organizing, and restocking) Essential Qualifications Registered Nurse or Paramedic - active license IV insertion skills Product knowledge - understanding of IV and injection therapies Service and membership sales Personnel management experience What will I do in this role Daily operations and team leadership Manage day-to-day operations to ensure an efficient & professional environment. Conduct regular team coaching to maintain engagement & accountability. Manage staff scheduling & assignments to ensure optimal service levels. Recruit, onboard, and train new team members. Cultivate a positive and supportive culture and a great IV therapy spa. Customer experience & service excellence Maintain and elevate a luxury experience for all clients. Determine health goals and educate the customer on our therapies & services. Monitor clients for comfort, conclusion of service, and removal / clean up. Assess client feedback and implement improvements as needed. Clinical & safety protocols Ensure compliance with medical protocols, Prime IV clinical standards, and applicable health regulations. Provide client consultations, assess contraindications, and ensure accurate documentation. Oversee IV therapy preparation and administration, supervise other RNs and paramedics for proper technique and safety. Serve as the lead point of contact with the medical director on any escalated clinical matters. Inventory & supply management Track inventory for all IV drips, injectables, medical supplies, and spa materials. Submit timely and accurate supply orders to avoid product shortages or excess. Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked spa environment. Sales & performance metrics Deliver on sales metrics through successful promotion of memberships and supplementary products. Promote healthy lifestyle habits and long-term customer engagement through development and communication of Wellness Plans. Take ownership of hitting and exceeding spa performance benchmarks (new clients, membership conversions, monthly sales). Collaborate with owners and corporate marketing to execute promotions, events, and lead generation efforts. Use KPIs to coach team performance and drive continuous improvement. Pay $32 to $35 hourly (additional $5-10 per hour for tips & commission) Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience. Prime IV is a medical spa rather than a treatment center, and our team members can receive tips for their services directly from customers.
