Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in North Arlington (Fielder Plaza in the Tom Thumb center) is looking to hire Spa Receptionist for its busy upscale spa. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding! Do people often refer to you as their "energetic" friend? Responsibilities: Meet membership sales goals Detailed knowledge of the menu of services ~ Don't worry, we'll train you!! Excellent customer service to all members and guests, while building relationships that last Capable of working flexible hours Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients Uphold spa cleanliness standards Bring positive, friendly, and energetic attitude to every shift Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents Basic math and cash register experience Perform various other duties as assigned Preferred Skills: Sales Experience Multilingual or bilingual skills a plus What’s in it for you?
