We are seeking a Wellness Advisor (Guest Experience & Sales) to become the welcoming face of our spa and guide guests toward building a consistent wellness routine through Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions , with opportunities for growth, performance-based earnings, and a strong team culture. This role blends guest experience with wellness guidance in a premium spa environment, where every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, create a memorable experience, and support guests in prioritizing their wellbeing. What You’ll Do Welcome guests warmly and create an elevated spa experience from arrival to departure Learn each guest’s goals and guide them toward the best next step in their wellness journey Educate guests on the benefits of Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage Guide guests toward the best next step in their wellness journey including rebookings, Foundation Packs , packages, or memberships Manage front desk operations including guest check in, booking appointments, and answering calls Maintain smooth guest flow between services during busy periods Encourage satisfied guests to share their experience through Google reviews Maintain a polished, guest ready spa environment Support spa promotions, events, and community outreach initiatives What We’re Looking For This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people throughout the day and helping them build healthy routines . Successful candidates often come from: Boutique fitness studios Wellness studios Spa or med spa environments Hospitality or guest experience roles We’re looking for someone who: Has 1–2+ years experience preferred in a guest facing role Is comfortable recommending services and guiding guests toward wellness packages, memberships, or rebookings Communicates confidently and builds trust quickly with guests Thrives in a fast paced guest environment Is organized, reliable, and detail oriented Has a genuine interest in wellness and helping people feel better Is available to work a mix of morning and evening shifts, including weekends Compensation and Benefits $18–22 hourly base pay Commission paid on every package and membership sale Performance bonuses tied to spa results Paid Time Off (PTO) for full-time team members Free and discounted Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage A supportive team culture focused on coaching and development Opportunity to grow with a premium wellness brand High performing advisors typically earn additional income through commissions and bonuses as they become confident guiding guests toward the next step in their wellness journey. Schedule Our spa operates between 9:00am and 9:30pm depending on the day . Shifts include a mix of morning, mid day, and evening coverage , with consistent weekly schedules once assigned. Both full time and part time positions are available. Weekend availability is required. Important to Know This is an active, guest-facing role in a fast-paced spa environment. You’ll be welcoming guests, managing bookings, and confidently recommending services throughout the day.
