OverviewAAA Ultimate Pawn is seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Service and Sales Associates for the evening shift.We are not your average Pawn Shop.Our goal is to provide the best customer service available and treat each client with the respect they deserve.Sales staff will assist customers with the buying, selling and pawning of retail goods.Must be energetic, motivated, and willing to work (and think) on your feet! We offer a starting pay of $17 per hour commission.We would love applicants with experience in ANY of the following categories:Jewelry, Electronics, Car Stereos, Musical Instruments, and Tools.We are hiring BOTH full-time and part-time positions.Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and satisfaction.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service quality.Assist in training new team members on best practices in customer service.Skills Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products when appropriate.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with office software and computerized systems for efficient data entry and management.Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles is highly desirable.Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions promptly.Proficient in basic math skills for processing transactions and handling financial inquiries Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail Spanish speaking a plus Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:From $17.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Shift:Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:Customer service:1 year (Required) sales:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
