Spanish Speaking Safety Trainer

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Spanish Speaking Safety Trainer to join our team and champion a culture of safety across our manufacturing facilities. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive safety training in Spanish, ensuring all team members understand and adhere to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) regulations, and workplace safety protocols. Your energetic approach will inspire employees to prioritize safety, reduce workplace incidents, and foster a proactive safety environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on worker health and safety while developing innovative training programs tailored to diverse learning styles. Duties Deliver engaging safety training sessions in Spanish for farm and manufacturing workers, covering topics such as OSHA regulations, EPA compliance, first aid, CPR, and occupational health practices Requirements Experience in safety training within farming, manufacturing environments or similar industrial settings Fluency in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is preferred but not required Knowledge of OSHA standards, EPA regulations, workers' compensation law, occupational health principles, and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) practices Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, OSHA 10/30-Hour Outreach Training or equivalent are highly desirable Demonstrated commitment to worker safety with a proactive attitude towards training development and delivery Able to train at times at 4am Join us in creating safer workplaces where every team member feels empowered through knowledge!
