Job Title:Spanish-Speaking Staff - HHA/PCA Training School Location:New York, NY Job Type:Full-Time / Part-Time Job Description:We are seeking a Spanish-speaking staff member to support the daily operations of our Home Health Aide (HHA) and Personal Care Aide (PCA) Training School.The ideal candidate will assist Spanish-speaking students with enrollment, communication, and training support to ensure they successfully complete their certification programs.This role involves working closely with instructors, administrative staff, and students to provide translation, assist with documentation, and help maintain compliance with New York State Department of Health training requirements.Responsibilities:Assist Spanish-speaking students with registration, orientation, and enrollment paperwork Provide translation and communication support during HHA and PCA training classes when needed Help students understand training materials, schedules, and testing requirements Support instructors with student communication and class coordination Maintain student files and training documentation in compliance with NYS DOH regulations Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from prospective students Assist with scheduling classes, attendance tracking, and program administration Provide guidance to students regarding certification and employment opportunities Qualifications:Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in home care, healthcare, or training programs preferred Knowledge of HHA or PCA training programs is a plus Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Ability to work with diverse populations and provide professional customer service Compensation:Competitive salary based on experience.Pay:$20.28 - $26.44 per hour Work Location:In person.
