THE TYPE OF SPECIAL EDUCATION PARAPROFESSIONAL - PARAEDUCATOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications: Associate's degree or 60 credit hours and a passing score on the ParaPro exam Experience working with students in special education settings is a strong plus. Possessing these traits would also be ideal: Adaptive and fun-loving, with a growth mindset Commitment to customer needs and delivering results Ability to work effectively as a team WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SPECIAL EDUCATION PARAPROFESSIONAL - PARAEDUCATOR This full-time, onsite position follows the schedule: 7:30am- 4pm (Monday-Friday) In this role, you'll be a key part of the classroom team. Your day will involve assisting teachers with small group instruction, supervising students, and helping to maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment. You may also support students with adaptive needs, use technology to enhance learning, and help create an atmosphere where every child feels supported and valued.
