Montgomery County Educational Service Center 200 South Keowee Street, Dayton, OH 45402 (937) 225-4598 Job Title: Special Education Supervisor at Learning Center North Job Location: Montgomery County ESC Start Date: 08/01/2026 Salary: commensurate with experience Full/Part-Time: Full-Time Days: 210 What You'll Do Oversee special education programs and intervention services. Provide leadership, guidance, and assist with staff supervision. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district requirements. Coordinate IEP development, reviews, and placements. Manage grants, budgets, and specialized services (e.g., home instruction, transportation). Support data-driven improvement through progress monitoring and assessment. Maintain accurate records and reports. What You'll Bring Valid Ohio State Board of Education credentials. Knowledge of special education law and best practices. Leadership experience and ability to manage multiple programs and personnel. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple services simultaneously. A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
