We’re partnering with a school in Boulder County, CO to hire dedicated Special Education Teacher. The Special Education Teacher supports elementary students with diverse learning needs by delivering individualized instruction and fostering an inclusive learning environment. This role plays a key part in helping students achieve academic, social, and emotional success while collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff. Position Details: Start Date: August 4, 2026 End Date: May 21, 2027 Schedule: Full time Grade Levels: Elementary Location: In Person, 40 hours per week School Year: 2026/2027 Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with students’ academic, social, and behavioral goals Provide specialized instruction using evidence-based strategies tailored to individual learning needs Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff to ensure appropriate accommodations and modifications Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal special education regulations Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress, needs, and services Support positive behavior interventions and inclusive classroom practices Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field Valid Colorado Special Education teaching licen
