We are responsible for all aspects of asset protection impact in the regions, partners, and business units The Security Specialist will be critical to the success of the As Global Fulfillment Asset Protection (GFAP) team and in creating a safe space for our distribution center teams to work and thrive. a day in the life You wake up ready to lead technology driven solutions that safeguard our people and products. You’ll manage advanced asset protection devices and software platforms used by the GFAP team to facilitate investigations, guard tours, and incident/case management, ensuring they operate seamlessly and deliver actionable insights to support business goals. core responsibilities Serve as subject matter expert for devices and software applications utilized within the GFAP team including but not limited to: HiveWatch, Ensurity, Zebra RFID, Secure 5, idCloud, Envoy, Everbridge. Serve as the primary point of contact for training, troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues. Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and training programs for security technology usage and best practices on all devices and software platforms within your portfolio. Lead cross functional teams including stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and project managers to deliver advanced security solutions to the highest standards. Oversee the lifecycle of security devices and applications used for monitoring, auditing, investigations, and facility protection. Identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency and support with the implementation of improvement plans. Conduct regular audits and assessments of security technology performance and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Support Asset Protection Manager as needed. High attention to detail. qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 1+ years of experience managing or working with asset protection technologies (RFID, Guard patrol software, case management systems, EBR, GPS trackers, or similar platforms). Familiarity with compliance standards and audit processes. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and managing integrations. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently. Strong proficiency in Windows PC applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
