Come join the leader in advanced EV batteries! www.lgenergymi.com Summary: The purpose of this position is to manage all aspects of LGESMI Information security and act as a liaison between LGESMI. The role also involves responding to information security incidents, assisting in training employees on proper information security procedures, and helping maintain records and documentation. The position provides an opportunity to learn and grow within the field of information security while supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring safety and compliance with information security standards. Responsibilities: Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our security systems, as well as the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures Conduct information security assessments of facilities, systems, and processes to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions Develop and implement information security plans, policies, procedures, and programs to protect people, property, information, and assets Monitor and investigate information security breaches to determine their root cause and develop corrective action plans Manage information security operations for special events, including developing security protocols, coordinating with law enforcement, and overseeing security personnel Select and oversee installation, and maintenance of security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems Train employees on security procedures, such as proper badge
