Job Description
mîrus Consulting Group is a local company based in Humacao, Puerto Rico that provides computer system validation and information technology consulting services to pharmaceutical companies and other organizations across the Island and parts of the United States. Its services include the assessment and validation of automation equipment, network infrastructures and business processes, as well as the project management involved . Position Summary Specialist Manufacturing supports manufacturing operations by leading and executing investigations, documentation, and continuous improvement activities to ensure compliant and efficient operations. This role focuses on deviation and non‑conformance management, technical writing, root cause analysis, and action tracking , while supporting manufacturing performance and business objectives in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support investigations related to manufacturing deviations and non‑conformances. Perform and document root cause analyses using structured tools (e.g., 5 Whys, causal factors analysis). Author, review, and maintain high‑quality technical documentation , including investigation reports and manufacturing records. Develop clear, accurate, and compliant technical reports. Manage and track investigation actions, ensuring timely completion and closure. Apply project management skills to identify risks, prioritize actions, and meet assigned due dates. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and other cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Support daily manufacturing activities as required while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory expectations. Education & Experience Requirements One of the following combinations is required: Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline OR Master’s degree with 2+ years of Manufacturing Operations experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of Manufacturing Operations experience Required Skills & Knowledge Experience handling deviations and non‑conformance investigations Strong technical writing skills and report development experience Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, causal factors analysis) Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to identify, track, and complete actions within established timelines Work Schedule Administrative schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Overtime: As required based on business needs This Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
