The Specialist, Content Creation is an execution-focused role responsible for organizing, writing and editing participant content across channels. You will work from established strategies and playbooks to bring content to life, partner with internal and external teams to move work through review and production and use analytics to flag performance trends and optimization opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with Participant Content Strategy, PEP, AO marketing partners, Digital, Compliance/Legal and external agencies to ensure participant materials are current, compliant and aligned to campaign and AO priorities. What you'll do Write and edit AO participant content across channels and move it through review to launch accurate, on-brand, compliant materials. Maintain AO participant content materials and compliance . Monitor AO content performance in GA4, summarize key trends and issues, and flag opportunities for optimization. Build, update and retire NRSforU banners and MOP content to reflect current campaigns. Execute AO participant content for national campaigns (FLM and NRSM), aligning assets to campaign calendars and reporting basic engagement results. Create and update Virtual Benefit Fair content, coordinating with internal partners to deliver accurate, timely materials. Partner across marketing, digital, analytics, compliance/legal and agencies to move AO work from intake through deployment while championing participant-first, plain-language content. What we're looking for Detail-oriented content creator – Produces clear, accurate and on-brand content that meets requirements and timelines. Data-aware executor – Uses available performance data and partner input to refine content decisions and flag opportunities for improvement. Collaborative partner – Works effectively with cross-functional teams, communicates clearly and embraces feedback to deliver the best participant experience. FINRA Series 6 required within 120 days of hire. This hybrid position is based in Columbus, OH. Candidates located near a Nationwide campus will collaborate in office 3 days per week. Current Nationwide Remote Associates may also be considered. Uses customer insights and analytics and tools to understand and assists in forecasting market, competitor and customer needs and behavior, helps to define appropriate target audiences, evaluate sufficiency, and effectively get results with data-based decisions. Monitors timelines to ensure programs are on strategy and on schedule. Informs leader of any discrepancies. May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
